Return Policy
Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing ample time to decide on a return.
For a return to be considered, the item must remain in its original condition, complete with tags, and in its pristine, unused state. It is also essential to furnish us with the order details or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where and how to dispatch your package. Please note that any items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Concerns
We kindly ask you to thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery and promptly notify us if you encounter any defects, damages, or if, by chance, you receive an incorrect item. This way, we can swiftly assess the issue and rectify it for you.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items fall into the category of non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to return the item you have, and upon approval of the return, make a separate purchase for your desired item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be mindful that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund processing and post it to your account.
